Job Description

A Luxurious Real Estate Company needs the services of experience Senior Accountant or Finance Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Preparing accounts and tax returns.
  • Auditing financial information.
  • Compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements.
  • Analyzing business plans.
  • Providing tax planning services based on current legislation.
  • Financial forecasting and risk analysis.

 

Required skills

Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP
