*Key Duties & Responsibilities*

Prepare and cook a variety of meals (local and/or continental dishes)
Plan menus and suggest new dishes
Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
Monitor food stock and place orders when needed
Ensure proper storage of food items
Adhere to health and safety regulations
Supervise kitchen assistants (if applicable)
Minimize food wastage and control costs
