Job Description
*CHEF / COOK*
Ideal candidate is expected to prepare, cook, and present food in accordance with company standards, ensuring quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
*Key Duties & Responsibilities*
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals (local and/or continental dishes)
- Plan menus and suggest new dishes
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Monitor food stock and place orders when needed
- Ensure proper storage of food items
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Supervise kitchen assistants (if applicable)
- Minimize food wastage and control costs
