Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and listen to their vehicle problems or service needs.

  • Create job cards/work orders and explain required repairs or services.

  • Provide cost estimates and timelines for repairs.

  • Coordinate with technicians and mechanics.

  • Update customers on progress and delays.

  • Ensure quality checks before vehicle delivery.

  • Handle customer complaints and feedback.

  • Promote additional services or maintenance packages.

  • Maintain service records and invoices.
