Job Description

A reputable IT firm needs the services of a Personal Assistant who would report to the MD / CEO.

Duties

  1. Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  2. Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  3. Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
  4. Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  5. Organizing events, conferences, Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
  6. Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  7. Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  8. Managing databases and filing systems
  9. Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  10. Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  11. Collating and filing expenses
