Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruitment and On-Off boarding:
- Supervise all recruitment process in the organization, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and onboarding process.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive transition into the factory environment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new employee inquiries
- Employee Records Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including employees’ contract, contact information, employment history, and performance data.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Assist with exit interview and finalize termination documentation
- Training and Development:
- Coordinate and organize training programs for factory employees, including orientation, induction, and safety training,
- Assist with identifying training needs and developing training materials.
- Labor Law and Compliance:
- Stay informed about labor laws and regulations relevant to the factory setting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, promoting a safe and fair work environment.
- Employee Relations:
- Assist with resolving employee issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Payroll and Benefits:
- Assist with payroll processing by collating and peruse attendance records for salary preparation.
- Resolve payroll errors and respond to related inquiries
- Assist with payroll and benefits reconciliations, audits, and payment approvals.
- Prepare / issue pay slips and answer employee questions related to payroll and benefits.
